This award is a great way to get involved in the frontline, having fun with your child, while assisting with their learning. The award is designed to assist Age Managers to perform their role and is the minimum requirement to be directly involved with junior activities on the beach.

The award will be completed in conjunction with regular nipper activities, and our team of experienced age managers will support you all the way. The course will comprise face-to-face briefing, eLearning and time working with an experience Age Manager Mentor with the nippers on the beach.

Pre-Requisites
Participants must:
- be at least 15 years of age;
- have completed the relevant NSW legislation checks for working with children; and
- become a financial member of the club
