All SRC and Bronze holders & U14s are welcome to come and have a go at some racing a great way to boost your fitness. Races are handicapped starts with the idea that everyone finishes together and you aim to improve each week. Advanced swimmers/paddles U10 and above are welcome by invitation only and subject to water safety availability
